Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] Announce piCorePlayer 3.20
Thanks for the info on curl/wget, Michael. I guess I can ignore that "error" then. maddymarc's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=8233 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=107352 ___ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] Announce piCorePlayer 3.20
Picore 3.22 + LMS I built my parents the above setup, put the music on a usb HD and all was working fine for months. I took the HD home to rip their new cd's on to the the HD but since putting the HD back in and rescanning the media lms will only find the original music and not anything in the new directory's although from Squeezer, lms, etc can see the directory's but they just say empty. I built a new sd card bringing picore up to 3.22 from pre v3 as a test and the problem remains. Three new cd's and some flac, some mp3 none can be seen. I took a mp3 from a working directory and pasted it in and all players could see that song but still not the new music. and I have retested the music on the HD on three pc's and they can all play the music. All I can think is some sort of file permission issue that is stopping picore/lms accessing.any thoughts? Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] Still two issue to FIX
OK... It is a Raspeberry Pi3 equipped with its LCD touchscreen. Everything is running in the same box but the media files are on a NAS. the Rpi3 has, of course, a wired ethernet port (not used, unplugged), a built-in WiFi (disabled by the piCorePlayer interface) and a Edimax WiFi USB WiFi adapter (the one used) thanks a lot steff's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=66870 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108156 ___ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix

Whatever I did, In the Spotify connect app on my Ipad the picoreplayer remained invisible. When I stumbled upon the same server message about the missing curl utility. I thought that must be it, but alas. Other things to checkout ??? I use PiCoreplayer 3.22 on Raspberry pi 3 running Logitech Media Server Version: 7.9.1 - 1504317335 and squeezelite Firmware: v1.8.7-999.
