Hi Steff,

I wish I could say the same. I tried many Tweaks (Jivelite, IR Tools) on
pCP 6.1.0 but cannot get it to work. Since the FLIRC USB emulates a
keyboard, I attached one as well to see if pCP responds to any keys
pressed. Unfortunate none.

Can you pls let me know how you got your FLIRC USB working?

Many thanks in advance.

No you need do nothing on pCP

The Flirc imitates a keyboard

I usually test my Flirc by (on windows) opening a txt document and check
the Flirc moves the cursor with the remote button presses
Remember you need to have text (and lines) to move left/right Up/down in
a txt doc.

Check with my keys file in the linked thread

This is what I already did.
I choose a simple setup with 4 arrows and enter, I plug the FLIRC into
Rpi3 and then pCP recognize just the arrow-down command.

Are you sure I do not need to load anthing into pCP ?

Program the Flirc to your IR remote to send the keys you want and plug
it in !
