• Hands-on experience on providing production support (24x7/365 days) for
critical applications.

• Proven experience using SPLUNK, DynaTrace & APPINSIGHT for
application/system monitoring.

• Experience monitoring multiple applications at the same time and ability
to identify and infer similarities between the issues.

• Ability to create and execute runbooks/playbooks for each event with the
necessary escalation paths established.

• Proven experience in working on Azure environments & its offerings (PaaS,
SaaS or IaaS).

• Act as a liaison between application development and different
infrastructure teams.

• Proven experience working with an offshore team to cover night and
weekend shifts.

• Prior experience in using cloud APIs to improve monitoring of system
performance and stability a plus.



Preferred:

• Working knowledge of TFS and BMC Remedy.

• Working knowledge of Confluence Wiki is a plus.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
• Design and develop the systems architecture by working with key members
of the management team to define and drive technical strategy and
architectural direction. Communicate and document technical design
decisions effectively.
• Support product development efforts to add new features supporting
scaling, automation, and management.

• Be a champion for continuous integrations, deployment, provisioning and
monitoring
• Implement an efficient and flexible cloud platform, managing a cloud
infrastructure for scalability, durability, and cost.
• Coordinate an internal and external development team to ensure thoughtful
integration, timely collaboration, and coherence with respect to build,
test, and deploy.
• Develop and document operational best practices for the operating
environment.
• Work with key members of the Management team to define and drive
technical strategy and architectural direction for the Digital platform
• Stay current on advancements in infrastructure landscape and influence
adoption across enterprise.

*REQUIREMENTS:*
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or similar technical degree
• Good understanding of scalable and distributed systems
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud
services
• Great communication skills coupled with a strong desire for personal
development and learning
• Ability to independently prioritize work and implement resolution plans
quickly without oversight.
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up,
always-available service

*Qualifications:*

*TECHNICAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION:*

· Extensive experience in Linux

· Extensive experience in IP Networking and troubleshooting

· Service orchestration experience

· In-depth knowledge of big data processing solutions,

*Nice to Have Skills:*
