Since 1.1.0 has not been released, you'll have to be more specific about
this. How did you install 1.1.0, and from where?

A couple of things, here:
1) In order for this to work, you need to have LDAP group support enabled,
which means setting the "ldap-group-base-dn" property in your config file.
2) You'll also need to be running the Guacamole code that contains the
modification for the DB <-> LDAP group mapping behavior. This will depend
on your answer above to how you installed this version of Guacamole.

Re: Connect Guacamole with MS-RAI

You would need to convert that string in to an interaction with guacamole,
likely into calls to the REST API.

Documentation was recently added regarding how to do this, check
https://github.com/apache/guacamole-manual/pull/123

Richard

Subject: Connect Guacamole with MS-RAI

Hi,
I'm creating a system based on guacamole with the purpose of remote
assistance on Windows machines.
To do so I'm using client side a Microsoft DLL that opens the RDP
connections and generate a connection string like this:

More details on Microsoft reference:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/openspecs/windows_protocols/ms-rai/1f30867a-99ce-48b5-a72c-660e00d92722

Is there a way to let guacamole instantiate the RDP connection with this
kind of string?

Thanks,
Nicola

mysql + ldap

2019-09-06 Thread Кирилл Егоров

Good day.
I installed guacamole 1.1.0.
I configured ldap authentication. The user can log in, but does not have
permissions.

I also connected Mysql and added a group there.
Tell me how to connect the ldap and Mysql groups correctly.
In my ldap database, user groups are indicated in the field and look like:
CN = groupName, OU = Name, OU = Name, DC = domain, DC = com
