copy past from our system to RDP issue

2020-11-30 Thread Arpit Agarwal
Hello,

We are facing issue of copying any text from our system to RDP. We are not able
to use ctrl+c (Copy any text from our system) and ctrl+v (past anything to RDP
Server) to RDP server. Is there any setting we need to do or its feature. We
are able to do this but first we have to past text to guacamole clipboard and
we want direct as working in case of Windows rdp.

Re: Guacamole server error "The remote desktop server is currently unreachable" even RDP is working from default remote desktop connect

2020-11-03 Thread Arpit Agarwal
Hello,
I had a discussion over the email from my vps provider and get below response.
If you can help me after seeing that?

As we can see, both your VPS are located in the same subnet for which reason a
direct connection to each other is not possible without a static route.

You need to create a static route on each affected server.

To do so, please follow the steps as provided on the following website:

https://contabo.com/blog/creating-static-routes
<https://contabo.com/blog/creating-static-routes>

If you have any questions or need help, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please help me to solve that issue as all my work got stuck due to this.

Thanks & Regards,

2020-11-01 Thread Arpit Agarwal
Hello,

I tried all what i can but there is not solution for this. I formatted the
server where this Guaxamole is installed and reinstalled all again. I formatted
the RDP server also but situation is still same. Now i m getting below message.

"The connection has been closed because the server is taking too long to
respond. This is usually caused by network problems, such as a spotty wireless
signal, or slow network speeds. Please check your network connection and try
again or contact your system administrator."

I request you please help me to solve this issue as i m 100% non technical
person. If there is a need to see any kind or log please tell me the path where
i can saw that. If there is a need to increase trace lable and then see logs
please tell me where and how can increase the trace lavel and then how i can
see the logs etc. Kindly help me.
