Here is a vector to assist you.



Perhaps you are using a reverse proxy server in front of your OM installation.  
If so, you may want to configure the proxy server.  Here are a few examples

When I go to my domain for OM I'm getting the forbidden message: You don't have 
permission to access / on this server. The domain is pointed to my webroot 
directory (var/www/html). How do I work around this issue?

To change self-signed certificate with "real" certificate you need to perform 
all steps one more time :)

I'm confused by the steps you have listed on your site. Do I have to remove the 
current keystore.jks, truststore.jks and keystore.jks.old and start from 
scratch? What is the difference between creating a keystore from scratch and 
using existing key-pair? Which one should I follow?

the new suggested icon set let om  look young and fresh.  I would like to see it in a new release. But perhaps it is possible to have the old and the new icon set and can choose it in the admin settings.

 

When the icons get a redesign, i would suggest to add a cam and mic to the gear icon on the left upper corner  and nearby the users. The only fuction of this gear is to configure audio and video.

The gear in the toolbox has an other function.

See attached a sketch. I'm realy not a designer ...   ;-)

...when i say whiteboard same dimensions i mean
that the white background must be always the same
dimensions...that is right now as you say. So on it, in
the second floor is the document drop, but this document
go to left when clic on the two left arrows (undock panel)
hiden Users and Files.

For me would be better if the document always is in the same place.

Also to right of Whiteboard label i would put a sliding bar (left to
right)to change the document drop page witdth, instead of Page Width
scroll. This need two steeps (clics) to change it, or more if the user
don't like his first election, and with the sliding bar is one step
only and at the instant can change to one or other width, without leave
the left mouse and seeing the changes.

The label Whiteboard could be WB if need more bar space,
but i don't think so.

Respect it say Daniel about text cam and audio am agree with him.
