Like both options 4 and 6, but here is one consideration: Lower-case letters are easier to read than upper case. For Trafodion (a.k.a. T8), we may not want to make it even harder to read than it already is. First, congratulations all around on arriving at a logo without any associated death and mayhem (that I know of). I like script myself. Script is friendly, human, and goes with the cartoony dragon.
