[libreoffice-users] doing something idiotic but what?
This started a couple weeks when I undoubtedly changed a setting. If I paste an image into a LO 5.3.1.2 document I see it as in the first screenshot attached, but if I print preview or export as pdf I get the image properly. Does anyone recognize this particular mess-up? d -- In modern fantasy (literary or governmental), killing people is the usual solution to the so-called war between good and evil. [libreoffice-users] Re: macro to only change month
gnucash is too complex to set up. I got some of the accounts made but then I gave up. I'm not sure it can show me a month on a page like my spreadsheet can. I only briefly looked at the reporting and even if it does what I want, it isn't intuitive to me. -- Sent from: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/Users-f1639498.html -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: https://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
Re: [libreoffice-users] LO Calc-keep cell from imitating prior cell
Eric Beversluis wrote: Calc tends to copy what it thinks is the same entry from a prior cell in a column. My problem is how to keep it from doing that. Somewhere in a column I have ‘crème’. Now LO won’t let me enter ‘creme’ without the accent grave. How do I tell Calc to ignore the earlier value? I’ve tried a couple of times to delete the è, but each time it reappears. If you just want to do this as a one-off, without changing AutoCorrect settings: 1. Type 'creme', but DO NOT leave the cell yet 2. Select all text in the cell (e.g. Ctrl+A, Edit Select All, click and drag, etc.) 3. Now leave the cell (e.g. Enter, Tab, click on another cell, etc.) I'm not really sure whether this behaviour is accidental or an intentional feature, but it's handy when you occasionally want to avoid AutoCorrect making a change but don't want to completely disable it. -- Mark. -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: https://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
