Hilfe bei Schrifttyp

Hallo liebes Open-Office Team,

haben ein Problem bezüglich einer Schriftart, die ich der Mail angehängt habe. 
Ich habe diese Schriftart vor 2 Jahren über Open office erstellt. Als ich die 
Datei öffne tauscht er automatisch in den Schrifttype Arial. Nun finde ich 
diesen Schrifttype nicht mehr. Die PDF-Datei die ich ebenfalls erstellt habe 
beschreibt die Schriftart als Type:


Corporate Type TrueType


Könnt Ihr mir helfen, wo ich notfalls den Schrifttype runterladen könnte? Ich 
habe jetzt Windows 7.


Freue mich auf eine schnelle Hilfe!

Gegenfrage: Wie willst Du denn mit Bildchen *rechnen* (den primär
/dafür/ ist ein Tabellenkalkulationsprogramm gedacht)?

Some of this is sufficiently bad advice (given in public) that it 
needs to be critiqued.

2. He has successfully installed a spelling dictionary for that 
other, rogue language - surely very unlikely? (In the absence of 
that, nothing would be marked as misspelled.) That sounds a 
remarkable coincidence. (Even then, some English words might even 
"pass" in the other language, so that it would not be true that all 
words were marked as misspelled.)


o Oh, and AutoCorrect is something else: it is all about automatic 
corrections made as you type - nothing to do with the marking of 
misspelled words ("AutoSpellCheck"), which the questioner is asking about.


What is probable is that he has suffered corruption of (some part of) 
his OpenOffice user profile - a well-known cause of this problem.

Mike, 

You need to change your default language setting back to English. 

Here's how to do it: 

1)  From the Format menu at the top of the window, select the
"Character" option. 

2)  From the Character window, click on the "Language" dropdown menu. 

3)  Select English, and click OK.  Now your Autocorrect should function
normally.

Just because there are lots of people contributing to this mailing list
does not necessarily mean that the original poster's problem was
resolved. :=) 

Additionally, the OpenOffice Users mailing list is not the only way you
can provide help to others. 

Another option that is available to you is the OpenOffice support forum,
available at https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/ (a link to the
English forum). 

If you require some sort of privacy while providing support, the forum
allows you to send private messages to people, which are not posted
online. 

I'm not sure how much this helps, but we certainly hope you stay
involved with the Apache OpenOffice project.  As it stands now, we need
all the support we can get.

The quick cure for this is to delete (if a new install) or rename (if you have 
been using OpenOffice for some time and have customisation, such as user 
dictionaries, the OpenOffice user profile.

Explorer. Copy and paste %appdata%\OpenOffice\4 in the File Explorer

profile "out of the box". The above fix works in the vast majority of cases.

Open Office Mac

Hallo,

ich brauche dringend Hilfe.
Ich habe seit 3 Jahren auf meinem MacBook Pro von 2009 OpenOffice
laufen. Das funktioniert sehr gut.

Nun ist seit Ende December immer wieder eine Fehlermeldung.
Ich habe OpenOffice gelöscht und wieder aufgespielt. 

Leider entsteht folgender Fehler.
Mit der Version 4.1.3 lässt sich es gar nicht öffnen.
Mit der alten Version 4.0.1 öffnet sich das Fenster 1 mal.
Beim neunen Öffnen des Programmes blockiert es.

Welches Openoffice läuft stabil auf meinem Rechner?
Ich brauche drimngend Hilfe, weil das Maklerprogramm OpenOffice nutzt und ich 
derzeit damit nicht arbeiten kann.
