If you are using Windows do this by: Close OpenOffice and the Quickstarter. Open File Explorer. Copy and paste %appdata%\OpenOffice\4 in the File Explorer Address Bar and press Enter. Delete or Rename the "user" folder. Start OpenOffice. This cures most spellcheck problems. -- Rory O'Farrell - To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-unsubscr...@openoffice.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: users-h...@openoffice.apache.org
Spellcheck problem
Dear Sirs I have a problem with spellcheck in that when spellcheck is selected all words, correctly spelled or not, have the red wavy line under them. Try as I might I cannot pinpoint the reason for this. The English Uk and standard dictionaries are selected. Could you please help. Thanks and regards Norman Holmes
spellcheck problem
I have just downloaded Open Office 4.1.1. My problem has been happening all along, with the previous version and the new one. What's happening is the entire document has the red line underneath it. As a result when I do the spellcheck it stops on every single word irregrardless of whether or not it is spelled right. This happens only on my laptop, not on the desktop that I use. How do I fix this? Don Fisher 58 Carter Drive Chicopee, MA 01013 413-522-3983 drfisher1...@live.com
