Hi,
oVirt 4.2 reached end of life about 3 years ago when oVirt 4.3.0 was
released (February 2019).
We are going to release oVirt 4.5 in about 2 weeks then even oVirt 4.4 will
reach End of Life.
The best suggestion I can give is to upgrade as soon as practical.

Hello. The issue is at same time difficult and easy to reproduce. 
Easy because I can reproduce 1 time from 3-4 run
Difficult because I cant to catch start and stop the issue 
Answers to your questions
1. In general disks responsive during the fstrim
2. I run trigger every week but ih different day of week for each storage
3. I use nvme disks.

I tried to do reproduce the issue manually and found following
1. Affected only for one host of storage cluster (i think because main mount 
point) 
2. In ovirt events found
"Host ovirt-host-03 cannot access the Storage Domain(s) glusterfs-data attached 
to the Data Center Computing. Setting Host state to Non-Operational." and after 
that event oVirt started migration from host-03

I think the issue is VDSM
In additional found at host  ovirt-host-03 in vdsm.log few errors at time 
during fstrim like 
"ERROR (monitor/2ac7658) [storage.Monitor] Error checking domain 
2ac76580-2182-470d-b886-d3d2e28d05b3 (monitor:453)"
2ac... - uuid gluster domain

I have 6 hosts in cluster with same install and affected only one

I guess this involves keycloak usage.

"ovirt version 4.4" is not enough for identifying the version you're
running.

Please don't. It will be closed with the resolution End Of Life.
oVirt 4.3 reached end of life about 2 years ago when oVirt 4.4.0 was
released (May 2020).
We are going to release oVirt 4.5 in about 2 weeks then even oVirt 4.4 will
reach End of Life.
Please upgrade as soon as practical. Once 4.5 will be out also issues
related to upgrading from 4.3 to 4.4 will be dismissed as End Of Life.

We are running oVirt 4.3.10.4-1.0.22.el7. I noticed an interesting issue or a 
possible bug yesterday. I was trying to add a host when I noticed that it was 
failing and the host status was going into 'unassigned' state. 

I saw the below error in the engine log.

Then I checked the resolv.conf on the host

Well, ideally it's of no use having duplicate nameserver. But it was not 
affecting the functionality of the host. However it was failing the addition of 
the host, probably because it was failing when updating the host's config in 
the engine DB due to the duplicate nameserver.

To test this I commented the duplicate value and checked. The host is now added 
successfully.
