Manually. :/

As I understand it SOGo provides routines to write sieve-filter files,
but it does not come with parser (or is it lexer?) to understand sieve
files let alone import procmail rules. I ended up adding about 120 rules
manually via the web interface.

Hi Patrick thanks for ask,
i have a lot of customer, with 20/30 users or most, every user have
15/20 procmail rules. I can do this manually :-| and i can't let this to
users. If someone has made some works on this could help!

Thanks

maybe one could write a tool to bypass the webinterface and INSERT the
rules via script into the SOGo SQL database. I guess (speculation!) this
is where SOGo puts the rules.

[SOGo] Replication

2011-05-16 Thread thibault.desaules
Hello, I am an IT student, for a project, we decided to set up a server SOGo.
For various reasons, we have four remote sites.

- My first question is, how can I replicate two SOGo server ? It is possible ?
- How can I configure Microsoft Active Directory ? with Win2k8 ?

Thank you

Have a look into table sogo_user_profile (or which name you used) in
the column c_defaults, which holds the data in json-format. Every
time you store the data (and the Active checkbox is checked) the
sieve script will be generated by sogo und sent to the imapserver.

Unfortunately, I can't give the definite answer. The Inverse people
and/or others might be able to provide much better insight.
But when reading your question, the idea of synchronisation via Funambol
came to my mind. Although you will probably also need the
service-to-service add-on for Funambol to synchronise two backends and I
don't know if or how well that works with SOGo. If everything else fails
you might want to take a closer look.

ADS is basically LDAP with some MS proprietary stuff,
no reason it should not work.

hi,
just half a hour ago, I found the following link.
http://wiki.mhcsoftware.de/Thunderbird_Addons_of_interest

next to usefull sogo documentation, there are a lot of usefull tools (at least,
they sound like) ;)

haven't tested it, but MoreFunctionsForAddressBook:

seems to do the job.
