[SOGo] Problem with configuration: samba/openchange/sogo and dovecot/postfix on separated servers
Hello, I'm trying to get a working system based on the two servers. For now I have a fully functional Samba4 domain server with openchange and Sogo, and postfix with dovecot on a server joined to a domain. I can log in to the IMAP and Sogo page using a domain account. But I can not connect using Outlook or Thunderbird fat client. I suspect that the domain server also I should have dovecot but not know how to configure it. I do not think as a proxy? Or is it something else? [SOGo] Validating smime signature failes
Hi, I have SOGo 2.04b installed on ubuntu 12.04 LTS. When I open an email with smime signature, I always get the error: Digital signature is not valid. I have copied all ca certificates from the certificate chain in the directory /etc/ssl/certs and run c_rehash. Unfortunatly this does not solve the problem. I have tried to strace the sogod process - it only opens the first ca certificate ( telekom2ca in my case ). The process does not try to open the next ca certificate. I do not know why? Has anybody managed to get smime signature checking working on ubuntu 12.04 lts? Thanks for the help. [SOGo] SOGo on Solaris/SmartOS
I'm thinking about installing SmartOS to use as a VM host on a server. Basically it is an open source distribution of Solaris built and supported by Joyent, a datacenter company. It can use ZFS (filesystem), comstar (virtualized networking), zones (a type of virtual machine), etc. and even run Linux or Windows using KVM virtualization. There is an open source web management tool for it called Project Fifo. Most applications that I want to run are open source and already available in Solaris/SmartOS. The one I'm concerned about is groupware. Currently I'm using Open-Xchange on a Debian system, but they are strictly Debian/Red Hat. The French wikipedia page for Sogo mentions Solaris and FreeBSD: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/SOGo The installation manual does not. So, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience running SOGo in a Solaris zone? I would love to be able to use SOGo this way and am willing to switch from Open-Xchange if it can be done.
