Thx. *Apparently, I reported too soon!* While several users were able to log into the domain, after about six hours, it stopped allowing login. Curiously, the 'samba-ad-dc' service was STILL running -- adam@sogo:~$ sudo initctl list | egrep 'samba|smb|nmb|winbind' nmbd start/running winbind stop/waiting smbd stop/waiting reload-smbd stop/waiting samba-ad-dc start/running, process 875 adam@sogo:~$ However, when users tried to login, they received "Access denied!" *Question*: How do I troubleshoot from this point forward? Is there a log of failed logins? And, if not, is there a logging level I can use to try to find the problem? Thanks for any suggestions. -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists

This is by far a exact error message. Did you end up finding the solution? the wiki text menitions somethig about "DN": "This LDIF file (calentry-schema.ldif) contains the necessary changes, all you need to do is fill in the correct root DN for your domain and import the file on the commandline using ldifde -i -j . -f calentry-schema.ldif" Did you "fill in the correct root DN for your domain"? Re: [SOGo] Using SOGo
Ana, Am 24.07.2015 um 13:24 Uhr schrieb Ana Sustic | www.ztm.si: From what I understand in sogo web demo I need to give access rights to the Address Book. I do so by going to Personal Address Book for ex. sogo1 demo account and select Sharing and adding my personal email which is of course from another domain. Sogo demo will not let me add it (Add button is grayed). if you cannot find a user in the defined sogo user sources (the server config), you cannot add right for him. So you cannot add your account - with is external to the sogo demo - to the sogo demo server. Is this what you want to archieve? Installing your own test server would be a better idea then. Re: Aw: Re: [SOGo] SOGo shows empty folders
Hi, start with what is described here: http://www.sogo.nu/files/docs/SOGo%20Installation%20Guide.pdf Microsoft Enterprise ActiveSync Tuning - Page 53 Set SOGoMaximumSyncResponseSize = 512 Compare symptom with following bugs: 0003294: IMAP LIST loop while ActiveSync a large (many folders) mailbox 0003293: SIGINT interrupt during ActiveSync synchronization and memory leak Recreate the account with following debug parameters set: SOGoEASDebugEnabled = YES ImapDebugEnabled = YES sogo.log should then give enough infos to analyze the problem.
