Set SOGoMaximumSyncResponseSize = 512 Compare symptom with following bugs: 0003294: IMAP LIST loop while ActiveSync a large (many folders) mailbox 0003293: SIGINT interrupt during ActiveSync synchronization and memory leak Recreate the account with following debug parameters set: SOGoEASDebugEnabled = YES ImapDebugEnabled = YES sogo.log should then give enough infos to analyze the problem.
