[SOGo] Totally disabled E-Mail Notifications
Hello! in our SOGo configuration, we have set /SOGoAppointmentSendEMailNotifications = NO/ in order to avoid duplicate notifications (e.g. from clients using thunderbird, outlook, ...) Unfortunately SOGo now refuses to send any notifications at all, even if explicitly switched on upon event creation in the web interface. Thunderbird does not offer notifications now as well (checkbox is greyed out). :-( So I am left with essentially two questions: 1. (How) can I selectively disable automatic notifications while allowing manual override (using the checkbox in the webinterface or thunderbird or ...)? 2. I have the feeling that this cant be the best solution. Is there a better way to properly manage notifications in a mixed-client (outlook, thunderbird, android, iOS, SOGo-Webinterface, ...) environment without producing duplicates, etc.? [SOGo] eMail signature warning
Hi! I use PGP signatures (actually gpg... Thunderbird+Enigmail) to sign my outgoing mails. SOGo's validation routine is apparently not capable of validating these signatures and reacts quite rude. It generally displays only one of the following two messages to inform the user about the signature: * *Message is signed*(SOGo for: Signature could be validated) * *Digital signature is not valid* (SOGo for: Signature could *not* be validated) These messages are highly misleading for two reasons: 1. "Message is signed" does not say anything about the signature's quality at all but in fact applies to any correctly or incorrectly signed mail. 2. "Digital signature is not valid" is in many cases plain wrong, telling the receiver that the mail has been corrupted. Here it just means that SOGo does not know whether or not the signature is correct. Proper states could for example be: * Message has a valid digital signature * Message has a digital signature which could not be validated * Message has an invalid digital signature * Message has not been signed Is it possible to change this behavior? [SOGo] Short drag accidentally deletes calendar entry
Just stumbled across a potentially annoying bug: Situation: Calendar view with at least one calendar entry being displayed. Short drag/drop (like 1mm to the right) of the item (quickly, without waiting for the frontend to realize what's going on) makes the item pop up it's description. From here, there is nothing (not even edit->save) that can prevent the item from being deleted the moment the dialog is closed. [SOGo] Howto subscribe to CalDAV webcalendar within SOGo
Hello! I have been searching for some time now, but cannot find the right subscription option. I am using SOGo CardDAV and CalDAV to synchronize contacts and events with different devices. I know it is possible to subscribe to an ics calendar within SOGo, but how to add an external CalDAV and display/change events in SOGo?
