Please make sure the user you used to install the package on your Vista machine has all the rights required (eg, that you're logged-in as an admin). This might happen if you put it on a readonly filesystem. = thus I suspect that Vista somehow doesn't trust the application enough to let it write onto the filesystem. This sometimes happen in XP as well when a file is stored into the temp directory... I don't have much more insight into this though - hope it may help. How do I find out what distribution I am using? After I stop the XWiki service. All the pages that I added are deleted. I can't even log in again. And i have to re-register and start all over. It's like everything is being refreshed when the service is stopped.
