Person will collaborate with customers and IM colleagues to research and

Accounts Receivable, Billing and General Ledger.

Expecting good functional PeopleSoft expertise in Asset Management, A/R,
Billing, and GL. We are not seeking a developer, but we do need some
technical ability with SQL & PeopleSoft Application Designer.

The team requires a Hadoop Developer/Superuser:

The team is responsible for providing metrics on customers' experience and
interaction with Service and software products.  This includes:

   - Understanding the user experience with products and what value the
   customer derives from their use
   - Discovering the data elements around additional
   service/software products to be add that will be added to the program
   - Determining how data sets can be accessed and incorporated with
   existing metrics
   - Automating repeatable processes to make data refreshes to user portals
   more efficient
   - Supporting the end user experience by managing a case log with user
   feedback

The data used to meet these goals is provided through a Hadoop architecture
that processes data from several sources.  Output files designed for an end
user interface are produced, including calculations for health scores,
account assignments, and calls to action.  Data must be validated to assure
the reporting is accurate.

The role requires:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a Hadoop environment
- Knowledge of Hadoop programming with the ability to build queries and
generate specific output
- Understanding of how to pull data into Hadoop from various sources and
automate data feeds
- Analytical skills necessary to take broad goals and transform them into
specific instructions
- Ability to diagram and document processes as well as explain goals
clearly to others
- Experience validating output to verify that data is correct and ready to
be consumed by end users
- Time management skills required to meet deadlines and change priorities
as needed
