• 12 years+ experience of IT experience
• 6 years+ experience of playing the role of Data Architect
• Developing and implementing end-to-end Enterprise-wide solution 
Transformation programs
• Deep knowledge of integrating external with home-grown applications
• Deep knowledge of data models  integrating different data models

Desirable Skills:

• Health care / Employee Benefit experience is a plus.
