[vdr] SVDR Error 451 and order of dvb detection
Hi everyone, I've noticed a strange problem on my vdr setup. The SVDRP command GRAB doesn't work at normal boot. So i don't have preview with vdradmin or the live-plugin. In fact, the problem come from the order of the dvb detection. I have a FF card 2.1 and a Budget nova-t. During the boot, the nova-t is detected first and then the FF card. I have already tried to change/invert the PCI cards, but the nova-t is still detected first. I don't know why. So if I want to have preview with vdradmin or vdr-plugins-live, i must close VDR, unload the drivers (nova-t and nexus 2.1) and reload the FF card first then the nova-t and finally restart VDR. So my question is: Is there a way to correct that and force the FF-card to be detected/loaded first at boot? I have tried udev rules to force dvb-ttpci to be adapter0 and nova-t adapter1, but it doesn't change anything. No preview with vdradmin i've tried with vdr vanilla 1.7.2 help me thanks Pierre ___ vdr mailing list vdr@linuxtv.org http://www.linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/vdr
[vdr] No Dolby Digital+ with VDR
Hi everyone, since 1st june 2009, the HD Channels broadcasted on DVB-T in France use Dolby Digital+ (E-AC-3) instead of classic Dolby Digital (AC-3). So now, i can' t have anymore sound on theses channels with the eHD Reel card. I don't know if the problem comes from the hardware part of the eHD or the reelbox plugin or VDR. I use the VDR 1.7.6 and a quite recent build of the reelbox plugin Can someone help me with that? Thanks in advance ECLiPSE -- ECLiPSE - VDR Linux http://vdr.bluox.org ___ vdr mailing list vdr@linuxtv.org http://www.linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/vdr

Hi Christopher, vdr is vanilla 1.7.15 i've only patched the reelbox plugin with reelbox-svn14625-vanilla-vdr.diff (http://www.vdr-portal.de/board/attachment.php?attachmentid=24769) no other plugin ./vdr -c /etc/vdr -Pdvbsddevice -Preelbox 2010/6/13 Christopher Reimer reimer.christop...@freenet.de Am 13.06.2010 11:17, schrieb ECLiPSE: Hi, i have an eHD card that is running fine with vdr 1.7.15 except i don't have sound on the HD french channels (TF1HD, France2HD M6HD) which use the e-AC3 format. Hi Eric, are you watching these channels on DVB-T with an eHD and getting sound ? if yes, i'm very interested. thx 2010/6/18 Eric Valette eric.vale...@free.fr On 18/06/2010 22:21, aju...@quick.cz wrote: As I understand from private mail of ECLiPSE the problem appears with DVB-T channels, the same channels in DVB-S are not using eAC3 and this mean no problem with eHD on DVB-S.
