*This position will be the key contact to provide support to the Business
Units by answering questions on requests in process, research issues BU may
have with records and determine the best course of action. This position
will play a key role in migration of data work to the shared service
model. 40% Oversee request process, answer questions from Outsourced/CBS
Center processors 25% Provide support for Business Unit questions and
concerns 20% Audit outsourced processors requests/issues exceptions/follow
up to ensure corrections are made and train as necessary. Compile monthly
metrics to ensure accuracy/productivity and service level agreements are
being met. 15% On-board new data work to the team and stabilize processes
Required Qualifications*
- * Bachelors Degree or equivalent job experience*
- * 5 years of business experience related to Master Data*
- * Extreme attention to detail*
- * Excellent customer service skills*
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
ability to quickly learn new systems *
- * Excellent teamwork and people skills, positive attitude, excellent
organizational skills and follow-up, strong sense of urgency, results
oriented*
- * Strong time management skills to manage multiple projects, competing
priorities*
- * Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills *
- * Ability and willingness to act independently and take initiative*
- * Excellent decision-making and problem solving skills *
- * Strong desire and capability to learn new skills*
- * Demonstrated understanding and commitment to internal controls*
