[videoblogging] How do I rip songs from garageband.com
On garageband.com it says download the mp3 when I hit the button it just plays in anther window. I want to be able to download and use it on my vids. I tried recording while the song is playing, but it won't let me record it. So how do you record or download a song. Also does garageband use the creative commons thing? Garageband.com does permit music to be used in podcasts (which probably included video) - not sure what the individual licensing terms of songs may be. If you are searching specifically for Creative Commons music, creativecommons.org is the place to look. They have a search engine specifically for that purpose. What you create with Garageband is yours to use. Mine has a record funciton which generates an aiff file which I then can rip to mp3 or just use as is for my bed. It's that RED button to the left of the play controls. I just created a 4 bar rif that I loop in iTunes with the one track repeat mode and Crossfade Playback set on zero.
