To the right of the video, on the actual page that plays the video, you should see Tags, and under that should be URL, and under that should be Embed. Copy that link. Argh. If it was a snake, it woulda bit me. I think. Maybe they need to look at their UI a bit - the way that page is laid out, it's not terribly obvious that that code goes with that video. I did notice in their job announcements that they're looking for a UI designer. Unfortunately for me, they probably don't want one living in Italy. By now I've seen so many of the video hosting sites (thanks to my comparison page) that I should hire myself out as a consultant on how NOT to do it.
