I may be wrong...It is my understanding that if an app, song etc is hidden, if 
it is removed from the app store iTunes, even if you have paid for the item it 
is gone forever. If I’m incorrect, someone please clarify for me.

In the Window menu of the Mail app, she needs to select Previous Recipients 
then type part of the email address she wants in the search box and a short 
list of possible candidates will appear in the adjacent table. She then needs 
to click the Delete button.

This is correct.
Go to:  MenuBar > Window > Previous Recipients.
Once the Previous Recipients window is opened, VoiceOver focus should be in a 
search edit field, where either a previous recipient’s name or email address 
may be entered to help find the address to be deleted from the list.

Hello Richard,
In the Window menu of the Mail app, she needs to select Previous Recipients 
then type part of the email address she wants in the search box and a short 
list of possible candidates will appear in the adjacent table. She then needs 
to click the Delete button.

I have found the solution. Somehow I had disabled  accessibility option in the 
menu. Now accessibility has been reaenabledit is talking again. However it 
would have been impossible to rectify this without sighted help. Thanks for

Thank you for this! I downloaded all of the games from him yesterday. The blind 
chef game is simple but fun. Love the self voicing features. I haven’t tried 
any of the other games yet. There’s also one called lemonade or lemon squeeze. 
I forget, does anybody have any experience with that one?

Thanks Anna, but I have tried switching Voiceover off and on. IN fact, when I 
come out of the game, Voiceover is still working, but goes dumb once it has 
announced touch screen when I open the game. I think I might hve to get a pair 
of eyes to take a look and see if I have accidentally switched something off in 
the settings.
