Thanks but there isn’t an option for waht I am looking for. Let me explain:
On iPhones without home button you have to slide your finger from the bottom of 
the screen up to unlock the screen. When doing this you hear a bleep at te edge 
of the screen and another one  bleep and get a vibration to let you know you 
have reached the point to let go for the home screen. If you hold on and move 
even further up you get the second bleep and vibration for the app chooser.

Like I stated earlier I still have those vibrations on my iPhone 13 Pro running 
iOS 15. My friends iPhone 13 runs iOS 16. So my guess is this vibration has 
been discontinued.

Yes, you should be able to just open the PDF file, press Control + A to select 
all, then Control + C to copy, then go to your open Notepad or Wordpad file and 
paste it with Control + V.
Maybe the formatting might need a bit of fixing, but it should work.
Then after you fill in the answers, save the file, say you save it to your 
Documents folder, you then open the Documents folder in File Explorer, find the 
file and again copy it with Control + C, then reply to the email and when youa 
re in the message body press Control + V to paste it, this will attach it to 
the reply email as a text attachment.

That is exactly what I wanted to do, but I cannot get it out of the attachment and I can’t bring up a keyboard. I have filled out a number of these documents in the past, and I end up deleting the underline’s and then writing in the text in the same place. I don't use Pages, etc. but it sounds like a PDF document that is read only. 
You could write them back and ask that they send it in an editable format. 
Otherwise, it sounds to me like your stuck with printing it and getting sighted 
help to fill it out, ... Not a great solution.

Answering questions on attachment on email and sending back

Hi, I have a question. I have an attachment that has questions I need to answer 
and send back where I got it. There are just underscores indicating where to 
answer. Is there a way I can use this attachment? I tried to copy and place in 
Drafts Four and also Pages and files, but I cannot bring up the keyboard to 
answer the questions. I even tried files and sending as email to myself. How 
can I handle this and if on another writing app, like pages, how do I attach to

Yes I believe you are correct. It sounds like the closed caption function is 
active, and the media description function for voice over is active as well.

As for the VPN, with the MLB app, if she uses one to access the local feed she 
may be blacked out. MLB is really bad about blacking out games this year.

Hi Paula,

I have the solution:

1. go to the Settings app
2. select Hearing & Feeling (sorry dont know exact how its called in English, 
but I guess you understand what I mean) 
3. enable vibrating systemsignals
4. then go to Settings > Accessibility > Voice Over > Audio
5. choose Hearing & Feeling
6. here you disable the Feeling option.
 Now only the gestures for home screen, app chooser, unlocking enz should 
vibrate.

 If you hold on and move even further up you get the second bleep and 
 vibration for the app chooser.
 From the top you can access the control center and notifications this way.
 
 Like I stated earlier I still have those vibrations on my iPhone 13 Pro 
 running iOS 15. My friends iPhone 13 runs iOS 16. So my guess is this 
 vibration has been discontinued.
