Wanted to check with others before reporting this. I use the Open Com Blue

Folks

Problem solved, see the Apple accessibility answer and they are right:

you for your email. The behavior occurs when you have Change with Buttons
turned on in Settings > Sounds & Haptics. This alert is to let you know that
you are modifying the Ringer and Alerts volume and not the system or
VoiceOver volume. Visually, there is a separate indicator at the top of the
display that shows the Ringer volume.

Hi folks

With older iphones, we had a switch key underneath the volume buttons, now
the iphone 15 pro has an action button for which I have set another action
than sound on or off.

But now when I press volume-up, very regularly, my iphone announces the word
ringtone mode. Can anybody reproduce this, is this normal behaviour or a
bug?

Seeing AI product description for another fine evening

2024-03-13 Thread Richard Turner

Paul Masson Grande Amber Brandy

Paul Masson Grande Amber VSOP is a special blend of superior aged Brandy
exquisitely blended with French Cognac. This unique premium blend creates the
rich flavor, fine aroma and extra smooth taste that you'd expect only from the
finest Brandy. Alc. 40% by vol. Warnings Government Warning: (1) According to
the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during
pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. (2) Consumption of alcoholic
beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery and may
cause health problems.

Ingredients

It's hard to say which is more surprising, the fact that this blend of American
brandy and French Cognac yields such a Cognac taste-alike, or the remarkably
gentle pricing. It has a copper penny color, boozy hazelnut fragrance and a dry
flavor with a powerful finish of allspice, espresso and cigar tobacco. Good
value.

Hi. Yes, to talk back in forth you would either use the app on your phone or
set up your amazon alexa devices. Using the alexa device is easier in my
experience because when your door bell rings you can just ask any of your alexa
devices to answer the door. With the app I think you need to open it and find
the button on screen which could be more time consuming. If I have any of this
wrong someone please correct me.

Yes and don’t think would need the extra doorbell chime since live in a one
story condo that has three of the amazon Alexa devices throughout my place.

I’m sure can get someone like my Dad who is an electrical engineer to wire the
doorbell up or someone from the condo association or hire someone to do it.

So excuse me if this has already been answered from others; but, take it that
can talk back and forth through the system when someone rings the doorbell?

Thanks.

Hi Don,

When asking about accessible doorbells, what do you mean by accessible? How
accessible would you like it to be?

I also use the Ring doorbell and I have it integrated with everybody’s iPhone
who lives in the house plus our Echo devices. Any time anyone nears our house
porch we receive announcements that it detected motion. If someone rings the
doorbell we have the option to either pick it up via the Ring app on our
iPhones or the Alexa by simply asking Alexa to answer doorbell. For those who
can see can activate the camera on their phones and see who is at the door.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t identify the person for me yet. I’m hoping that’s
near in the future with the advancement of AI. But for now I love it since we
are notified any time we have a package dropped off and if anyone is home then
we can immediately retrieve it.

I’m not sure how it integrates with the Google Home, but with the Echo devices
you can download, what they call a Skill with the Alexa app and as long as you
have a Ring account establish then you can sign into the Ring Skill and
integrate it with your Echo. It’s pretty awesome!

Hope that helps some!

The first difference is about $100. Maybe more.
The second is the HableOne handles all the processing on itself so you rather
little control which form of braille to use. And, a tester of the HableOne
switched to the Orbit Writer because he was tired of the HableOne people
promising things that never happened ...
I've only used the Orbit Writer.

I don't want a second door bell beside the door. Two door bells would be
confusing.

Is there just a motion detector to alert me that a package was just left on my
porch?

Most of the time the deliverer leaves without ringing or knocking.

Today I got a package from Amazon, no ring/knock.

Hello,

What I need is a motion detector. I don't need another doorbell.

Currently I have the logenex intercom, teledoorBell. The intercom box on the
outside has a door bell button. Inside, the home phones ring (with a distinct
pattern). Cordless phones can be moved around easily for convenience.

Someone mentioned that the Ring doorbell pro has a motion detector.

Having two door bell buttons would be confusing to door visitors.

Is there an iPhone app for a motion detector?

This would warn me when there is a delivery: package, groceries etc.

Thanks.
