I don't think radium has an alarm or a sleep timer. I don't recall seeing
those, although I didn't look specifically for them. Still, I'm 99% sure they
don't exist.

Nope, they don't. If you want all of those other features, you'll need
to buy something like OOTunes. Tunein has an alarm clock feature, but
last I knew it was not accessible. If Radium starts charging again,
maybe they will add support for that feature, though I doubt it. The
interface of the app doesn't really lend itself to this. It seems to
be designed to just give you the basics For free, I think it's great,
but I wouldn't have paid money for the app.

2013-12-03 Thread Scott Davert
Hi Bob.
I've already tried NHL games, and while the feeds show up, just like
they do for NFL content, no audio will come out of the stream. Perhaps
it's a limitation of the online only subscription I have? The games,
if I can find them, will play on the Serius XM app with iOS 6, but
have not tried on iOS 7.

I think this is a very good app for a first release. I do think we should be
able to move stations, and I have written a polite request to the developer for
this. It beats the heck out of that stupid XML however. And it's nice to have
all your stuff in one place if you have sky and xm and other stations you like.

Re: A radium question.

2013-12-03 Thread Steve
I assume you must mean live sporting events not on SiriusXm. I've listened
to three NFL games on SiriusXm with only one slight interruption.

Yes, it works well with Serius XM content, but not live sporting
events. I did a podcast on this, if podcasts are your thing.

The only thing I can't do with Radium is customize the MySxm experience

Yes I agree, overall I am not impressed with the feel of the app.

My co-workers tell me that without VO you can at least move the
stations around. I've found no way to do this with VO though on either
the phone or the Mac. If someone has gotten farther, do tell. But
visually I do know you can so think we need to be discussing that with
the dev as well.
