The last time I tried it, The New York Times was accessible. As this was several months ago, I give no guarantees it still is accessible, but suspect so. The new York times app, at least the free version, is accessible. I've not bought a subscription because I cannot get a useful reply from them if the paid content is equally accessible, and I'm cheap since I live in the United States I can get the full paper from the NFB Newsline service. I have not checked to see if the New Yorker has an app and if they offer any free stuff. Yes, the NY Times is accessible on the iPhone. The iPad app is different and, last time I tried, not accessible.
