There is an app called Chronicle that is designed to do exactly that. It is somewhat inflexible in that you can set how many days ahead you want to be reminded, but you can't choose a different number of days for different bills. It seems to work OK with VoiceOver, though I don't use it that way. HI. I've done this before in the native calendar app, or if you have the Fantastical 2 app you could also do it there. So you get the bill paid in time, you may want to set the appointment for several days or even a week ahead of time. There may be specific apps for this purpose, but these have worked for me.
