The short answer to your question is no.

Someone who is more adept with the Apple Pages app will need to comment if
you can do any of those things with it, but that would be the only possible
app right now that might do a little of what you want.

The thing to keep in mind is that these devices are not intended to replace
a computer, so there are likely to always be areas where you can only do
some basic things.
