How do I get the normal itunes view where it shows music, movies etc?

2013-11-25 Thread Jen Colley
Hi,
I just went in to itunes and the view that shows music movies etc isn’t showing
up and I don’t remember the keystroke to get it back.
Also, when I went to close itunes it’s telling that my iPhone is being synced
and if I quit it won’t continue. The thing is, my phone isn’t even being
connected so how do I make this problem go away.

Hello Jen and all:

The keystroke that may assist you is option command s. that toggle will make
that list appear and disappear.

As for the challenge with your iphone syncing but not really, look in the
device portion of the table you made reappear with the previously mentioned
keystroke. if you find a listing for your iphone that is not really there,
perform a command E to eject the device. then try closing itunes.

If there is no listing of a phone in the device area, simply try closing
itunes. it should not cause any problem.

Hopefully this information proves useful to you. Please let us know.

Take good care and I wish you enough.

Hi,

I’m not sure what the command is on windows but, you will probably find it in
the view menu. It will say something like show/hide sources table.
