Hi Lisa and All, I didn't see a feedback button in the app. But, you were right about a button, as I did see a contact us one. However, double tapping on that button didn't produce any results, and thus I couldn't open the contact us part of the app to reach them that way. Then, where one had to type their message, it gave five hundred characters, and one could check and see how many characters they had used as they went along. I am a Schwan's customer and have been playing with the App. There definitely are a lot of bugs in the App, especially with VO. I will give it time for the bugs to be fixed, but as of right now, the App is frustrating to use.
