Hello,

I wouldn't know. IOS 6 isn't available publicly. I know in IOS 5, you
can not select everything or unselect everything with 1 action.

I am confident that VoiceOver will be integrated as much as possible
into the new Maps app. I'm also hopeful that VoiceOver will fully
integrate
with Assisted Touch and Zoom. What isn't so clear is the new Guided
Access
feature. All Apple can reveal to us is it will restrict touch input and
is

designed for those particularly with learning difficulties.

But thats the entire point. Thats like saying. Lets take this horse and buggy
instead of an automobile. They both will get you where you want to go, one
will just take days instead of hours. :)

that. If you tap edit, and just select the messages, and then tap delete,

I am confident that VoiceOver will be integrated as much as possible
into
the new Maps app. I'm also hopeful that VoiceOver will fully integrate
with

Assisted Touch and Zoom. What isn't so clear is the new Guided Access
feature. All Apple can reveal to us is it will restrict touch input and is
designed for those particularly with learning difficulties.

RE: IOS6 and Voice Over

2012-06-12 Thread Daniel Miller
Like I just said, it's not the easiest solution, but it does do what you
want, just in longer form.
Now I'll agree, though, having a select all and delete button would be
helpful, but alas, I doubt that will ever happen, so we're stuck with what
apple gives us.

Hi,

You can already do it, but it's not the easiest solution, I'll give you
that. If you tap edit, and just select the messages, and then tap delete,
bam, they're gone.

Re: IOS6 and Voice Over

2012-06-12 Thread chris hallsworth
Yes it would be nice if iOS 6 allows us to delete bulks of e-mail. Apple
of course isn't going to release everything at this stage since it's
still in development, or be it in the beta phase. Like they said iOS 6
is going to contain over 200 new features just like the previous
incarnation.

I am confused, I can already do a bulk erase of email on my iPhone. All that
you need to do is tap on the edit button, and on the next screen you select the
messages that you want to delete and then hit the delete button.
