Re: Iphone se 2 cutting out on phone calls

2023-03-09 Thread Donna Casteen
Turning on wifi calling solved the cutting out during calls problem. I know
this helps, in my case, because I had to do a hard reset of my phone because I
was using an app & the phone stopped responding. Before I had a chance to turn
back on wifi calling my son called me & the call cut out about every 4 minutes.
After we hung up I turned on wifi calling. Later a person called in response to
my voicemail message & the 43 minute call didn't cut out once. I have have &
always have had Hey siri turned on.

2023-03-09 Thread Carolyn
Good idea to notify Apple Accessibility about this, because we should not have
to give up Hay Siri. I am not having that problem at present, but if I did, and
turning off Hay Siri was a fix, I would be in touch with Apple to let them know
about the problem.

Hi just wanted to give an update. If anyone is still having this problem I may
have a solution. After trying many things and solving the problem on and off I
think I finally have found the real solution hopefully. The problem is with
having Hey Siri on. The reason I know thi is I ended up going to the Apple
store after dealing with apple accessability for many weeks and having them
reset the software even after getting a new phone. This worked for a while
until I turned on Hey Siri. Then I had the problem again with the phone calls
cutting out again. So I turned off Hey siri and now I do not have this problem
anymore. Hope this may help someone.
