Jenny, I strongly recommend you include specifics in your posts when you wish to get a reply. Referring to past messages without providing their content won't generate many replies I suspect. In addition, make your subject lines detailed enough to communicate the gist of your issue. Many of those on lists get in excess of 300 messages a day and the subject line is critical in managing our emails. I simply delete any posts with subjects such as Need help or Have a question. Hi,Jenny, The backslash key on the computer is the key just under the backspace key. The backslash on the phone is under symbols which is the key you press for numbers then again for symbols.
