Thanks for listening! - Original Message - From: cathy harris cathar...@bellsouth.net To: viphone@googlegroups.com Sent: Saturday, June 07, 2014 7:15 AM Subject: Needing Help With Notification Sounds I am unable to receive a notification sound when setting a reminder notice. For example: when I set a reminder that might say: call client at 3:00 I should, according to my settings, receive both vibrate notification and selected sound notice. I do not get the sound notification. I only get a verbal and vibrate notice. If I am not really paying attention and need to be reminded of this notice, I do not hear it. I know on some message boards, people have said that since the IOS7 upgrade, they have the same issues. Have any of you experienced this problem? If so, do you have a solution to this issue? In my job, I could really use the sound part of the reminder notification to place calls, etc. Otherwise, the reminder app does me no good. Oh yes; I do not receive sound notifications for the calendar event, either. And yes, my I Phone has been turned up side down and checked 6 ways from Sunday for some quirky setting that might not be on or some other issue. Not done by just me but, by an instructor of I Phones. We are both flummoxed. Can anyone help? Thanks so much. C -- The following information is important for all members of the viphone list.
