If you have a user account with TuneIn, then all of your Favorite stations will be available to you once you sign in on your new device. Any stations that you added to your Favorites before signing in will also be added to your current Favorites list. If you do not have a TuneIn account, then all your Favorites were saved on the actual device so there is no way to access them outside of the device. If you still have access to your old device and you don't have a TuneIn user account, all you need to do is create an account on tunein.com and sign into TuneIn on your old phone once. At one time, if you had an account on TuneIn.com, then you could restore your favorites through that account in the TuneIn app's settings. I had to do this over a year ago since after an update, all my favorites had disappeared. The account would probably work now but I haven't restored since that one time. IN my humble opinion, this is a huge advantage of having an account, if only to be able to restore one's favorites. However I lost all my favorite station (and there were a lot of them) both in OOtunes and in tune in. Hello Marcus, I can only answer for TuneIn Radio. With TuneIn Radio you will have to reenter your station they do not send via the computer.
