Re: Accessibility of Qardio Arm?

2022-12-03 Thread Robin Frost

Hi,

Just to clarify the first cancel button does in fact cancel things it's
that second one that people might miss as I did that seems to do the trick.

Take good care,

Robin

Hi,

I was just in the app this morning and strangely after taking a reading and
getting the results there was no next button only a cancel button which of
course when hit caused your reading not to be saved in history. I didn't have
the time to play to see if turning on screen recognition would yield the more
expected next button that let you proceed with your saving result and then the
done button or not. I was just curious if anyone else had encountered this new
seeming glitch with accessibility.

Take good care,

Robin

Re: Accessibility of Qardio Arm?

2022-12-03 Thread Julian
Hi robin,

As of several updates ago, the button that you press to go to the next screen
is mislabeled. If you look for the button on the lower part of the screen that
used to be the next button, even though it says cancel, double tap it anyway
and that will take you to the next screen Where you then look for the done
button on the upper right to save it to your history. Hope that helps.

Re: Accessibility of Qardio Arm?

2022-12-03 Thread Robin Frost

Hi,

I was just in the app this morning and strangely after taking a reading
and getting the results there was no next button only a cancel button
which of course when hit caused your reading not to be saved in
history.  I didn't have the time to play to see if turning on screen
recognition would yield the more expected next button that let you
proceed with your saving result and then the done button or not. I was
just curious if anyone else had encountered this new seeming glitch with
accessibility.

Take good care,

Robin

We use qardio arm and find it very accessible. VoiceOver speaks the
readings without a problem, and you can go to the history to email
results. The email is a .csv file. I always send it to myself,
because it shows all the readings from the beginning of our use of
the device; then I select what I want and print it for the doctor. I
don't remember if we needed sighted help setting it up, but I don't
