After a strong struggle, I solved the problem according to the instructions provided by Hims. I mean performing an hard reset of the Iphone device, long pressing both together the Home and ScreenLock buttons for about ten seconds. After that, the Braille Sense On Hand appears in the list of VoiceOver bluetooth visible devices ready to pairing as usual. Thank you very much indeed to people who gave me ideas and suggestions. Hi Robert, I suspect the OnHand works correctly with Iphone 5, but not with the 4 and 4S. In fact a friend of mine living in Milan connects OnHand and Iphone 5 successfully, while I did'nt neither to 4 nor to 4S. Hi Mario Have you tried going under settings, General, Accessibility, VoiceOver, Braille? If your notetaker is supported, the iPhone should be able to find it then.
