Hi, regarding the reading punctuation marks, on Voice Over go to the "activity" 
and "set program" and delete this. I have made this changed this, and it  
solved.

This sounds like the Voiceover "activity" bug. Try:
1. Go to Settings/Accessibility/Voiceover/Activities
2. Double tap on the "Programming" activity
3. Double tap on the "verbosity" setting
4. Set "punctuation" to none

I am assuming you are running IOS 14.x. This should fix your problem. This is a 
known bug but it would help if you report it to Apple. The more folk who do, 
the higher the priority to fix it will rise.
