To my knowledge if you are not a prime member the rate for free shipping is $25. Before adding to cart, you should see that the product is fulfilled by Amazon. When in check out, where it says see other shipping options, go in there and make sure that the free shipping is checked; if I remember correctly, there may be two check boxes that look like they are for free shipping, but the other one would be if you are prime. After selecting, I believe you hit continue, and then you review, whereupon you would see the initial shipping charge, and then later, minus sign and whatever the shipping charge was. You can always decide if you want to proceed with the order after reviewing the shipping costs, just before you press the final button to submit the order there is a summary of you ritem or items along with any applicaple taxes and if there is shipping it will be listed there. hello Harry, thanks for this advice! I believe I have done all of these things, but the keyboard is still not behaving as flexes should. four example, if I create a pattern for a word I just get rubbish. if I swipe left or right I just moved to the previous or the next letter. I have tried choosing fLeksy from the switch keyboard button but it makes no difference. I have redownloaded the app in case it was a bad download. any more suggestions would be very welcome here! Ah, Robin - you are ahead of me there! I am still a VO beginner and haven't got to grips yet with the roter. Certainly Fleksy does need Standard Typing to be set when using Voiceover, otherwise nothing is recognised when you touch the keyboard. Cheers. Oh, Sandy - how frustrating! I still have a little sight left, which helps me sort out some pickles. I don't know what is up with Fleksy for you. Perhaps reverting to Touch Typing on iOS keyboard may be one way to go? It is fairly similar. Are you absolutely sure that it is not loading? I know that's kind of a strange question. When I do this there's no indication that the file is being loaded. I just check back on my site and it's there after a few minutes. When I do this again I'll pay special attention to see what I did. The last time I loaded a video was on November 3. It worked fine then. You mention there's been an update or something that had a negative affect on this feature.
