This is nothing to worry about, if it says installing then don't double tap 
otherwise you just pause the installation. Sometimes the app store is just out 
of sorts and an app may not install for a few hours or even a day, but it will 
sort itself out soon enough.

Also try closing Netflix from the App Switcher, hoping it helps.

  .  Just now I tried to open the app on my phone and it says “Netflix 
installing, double tap to pause download.  When I double tap nothing happens.  
It seems like it’s frozen.  Any thoughts?  Thanks.
