Someone posted yesterday that Apple Accessibility told them as a work around, you can go into settings, double tap on Wallet, and you will find your cards listed. You can then double tap on whatever card you want to see the same information that you could see in the wallet app. Hope this helps. Explore by touch is not an option, it simply means you don't swipe but move your finger around on the screen until you find what you are looking for and then you double tap. As you pointed out, this has been discussed and was mentioned on Applevis as a known bug since the day before iOS 15 was released back in September. Probably not much you can do about it if you experience this (not all people do) and wait for a fix from apple. Hello, Yes, this is a known issue with the Wallet app and Voiceover. The current workaround is to use explore by touch and to drag your finger to the card you want to open instead of flicking to it. After you locate it with explore by touch double tap on the card you want to view and once the card details are open you can resume flicking with the normal Voiceover gestures.
