Hey, Cara and Aman another usable Comprehensive Quran app is Ayat, developed by King Saood university. I mention this because most people who will want to read the text will want to read it in Arabic and, as I said, the smoothest and cheapest way to do this electronically is through iOS. I do not know about apps. There are several free and lower cost versions in iBooks. Kindle has a free English translation and several others. I suspect Nook will also. If they qualify for BookShare, they have several versions as well. Hi, Gary and all. This app is not the Quran. It's one schollar's interpretation of the text in the Urdu language. If you read arabic, there is an accessible app which I am using on my iPhone. I am not sure if there is an iPad version of it or not. It has the entire quran and three different classical interpretations by three different Muslim Scholars from the classical age. You can check it out on this link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/tfasyr-alqran/id563909753?mt=8 if you want an English translation of the quran, the one I recommend is by Tarif Khalidi. I saw it available in a Nook version and also in a kindle version. It is not cheap, I think it was around fifteen bucks. I think Khalidi's translation is the best one available.
