yep, I am having serious problems with this app too. when I can get it working it says connected via wan except that the computer and my iphone are on the same subnet. I also can't get the update on the computer with eiter firefox or internet explorer. Brian. Have you done all of the updates, the program, the applications for the program and then the app? If not, I would. You will get this if you did not update the programs applications. This is not meaning the app from the apple store, this is meaning the applications for the program. Look under the general tab on the Tonido site, after logging in to see if it says there are any application updates. If nothing else, remove everything, clean your computer and redo the program install and then get the app from the app store again.
