Hi Ramy,
Even without the phone being Jail Broken, you can put songs on the phone
using something like Phone Drive which allows you to use HTTP or FTP. It
suggests a folder structure but you can also create your own directories.

My I phone now is jailbroken, so is there a way to put songs on it without I
tunes, I can open it with iphone explorer or something like that, but where
to put the songs?

And,  can't I use the same way to put contacts also?

 

After I did so, if I will connect it with I tune, will I lose something?

Hi, whether it's jailbroken or not, you can always put songs on it via a 
file browser app such as Filer. If you want to use the Music app though, 
you can get a jailbreak app called PwnTunes. This app basically turns 
your iPhone into what would be considered a normal usb stick. When it's 
in this way, you can copy music files to it and build the music library 
and play the music from the Music app just as if you had synced it. 
Regarding your contacts, even without jailbreaking you can sync contacts 
either from iCloud or Google contacts and never use iTunes for that.
