Go to general, accessibility, and then flick about 20 times. It is after shake to undo. I turned it off with great joy. Thank you again for clarifying this. Re: iPhone make a squish sound.
Go to settings, general, accessibility to turn off reachability. What you're doing is double tapping the home button, not pressing but tapping, which slides of the screen down to the bottom of the phone. That allows the top elements of the screen to be reached with one hand.
