Have you tried double tapping on the app in your home pages / folders? 
This sometimes gets a stuck download going again.

Open the individual apps and it may install the downloads.
If that doesn’t work, turn the phone off and back on and try again, opening the 
app if necessary to make the install finish.

Try installing the apps individually or try using ITunes.
