I must say, I got a Microsoft account, actually, a hotmail address, back in 2003, so I did not have to go through the convoluted process of trying to establish an account. The only kind of tricky thing about Rhapsody is that you have to do a three-finger-swipe right for the previous page gesture in order to get to the search area. It has some odd message on the homescreen about being offline when it isn't. Other than that, I've found it quite useable. And Rhapsody allows you to play specific playlists, songs, and albums with a monthly subscription service. (about $7 uS a month.) Just out of curiocity, what makes MOG so different from Spotify, Rdio, Beezar or, for that matter, Pandora or iTunes Radio? I apologize for being fairly ignorant when it comes to this, quite a few of these services aren't even available in Canada, but I did subscribe to Rdio for a couple of months and while it's OK, I don't see why I should pay $10 a months (it's actually more here in Canada) when there is so much free music out there. I guess some of the free services like 181.fm or sky.fm don't allow you to a specific artist or album, but they offer a huge variety of awesome stations. I guess I want an album collection or cd collection in the cloud. Mog really does offer this along with mog radio which is a pandora like service. I can search for any artis or album on mog and find it and replace anything I had on physical media just the way it was and keep it all in the palm of my hand. Mog's collection was also second to none. Spotify starts to fail badly when its music before the 1970s where mog has some incredibly rare music right at your finger tips. Oh well. Hi Don, I am also very sad that Mog is going away, to me, it certainly ranks as the most accessible app of all the music subscription services. I believe I have tried all of them, Mog, Rhapsody, Rdio, Beats Music and Spotify. I am not counting other services that have radio streaming because I want to be able to play a specific song or album at any time, regardless of the monthly cost. Sorry to have to say, I settled on the service that you requested not to mention. I was not initially thrilled with its accessibility, and although not perfect, it does seem to be the most accessible of all the music subscription services that I had mentioned. I had no luck getting the xbox music pass. Filled out all the info even did the capsha then the server said working working over and over again. Then it said there was a problem with the service and to try again later. This was at xboxmusic.com Will try again in a while.
