Hi, double tap on the media in the text and then double tap the action button. Once you do that, you should be presented with a bunch of options. Select save to camera roll I think its called. Hi Ezzie, There is a 5 and a half minute Podcast on www.Applevis.com which explains how to do this. I haven't used this feature, but apparently there is a bug in iOS 6 which doesn't allow you to do this with Voiceover and the guy who does the Podcast explains how you can work around the problem by briefly turning off Voiceover at some point. As I said, it's on www.Applevis.com in the Podcast section.
